In its new home, The H'All Tailor Suite 5-star hotel, our guests will be spoiled with an unrivalled culinary and emotional experience, in which the passion and technique of the chef Riccardo Di Giacinto will stimulate all of your senses. Two warm and welcoming rooms, two different souls, two unique atmospheres.
The main, modern style room, where guests will be enveloped by sumptuous fabrics, marbles and brass: from elegant armchairs with a hidden hook for handbags, to beautiful pull down lamps which infuse the table with warm light; from tablecloths to curtains made by Italian artisans, based on designs by Riccardo and Ramona; and last, but by no means least, the open wine cellar, protected by wrought iron grating with the same geometric design as that of the wallpaper used on some of the walls in the Hotel.
At the centre of the restaurant, the 130 square metre kitchen designed by Chef Riccardo himself, so as to be able to let his creativity run wild and, together with his trusty brigade, give the dishes that touch of unmistakable style, an original fusion of food design and tradition with flavours and aromas that burst onto the palate.
The second, more intimate room has the character and warm atmosphere of an "old England" living room, with a fireplace, wood panelling and wall cabinets, a coffered ceiling in dark wood and a "secret" door to leave by without having to go through the main restaurant, making it perfect for private dinners.
During the summer, our guests can choose to dine outdoors in a unique atmosphere: a "winter garden" in a glass and wrought iron sunroom, which can be completely opened up, giving you the feeling of being in an exotic forest.
The tailor-made menu of the new All'Oro restaurant is based on traditional-contemporary cuisine, and of course the Chef’s classic dishes: "Rocher" Oxtail with Celery Gelée, Salt-cod and Potato Tiramisu with Cinta Senese lard, Reduction of Carbonara served at the table in an eggshell, and Cappelletti in “Dry Broth” with Parmesan and Saffron.
There are also many new dishes, starting with the "T'Agliata", sliced beef "dressed" in black garlic, seaweed and capers, which is sliced at the table; Cheese and Shaker, a gourmet revisitation on the classic cheese and pepper sauce, which is mixed together by the staff at the table in a 2-litre cocktail shaker; "Gin and Tonic" Salmon; Spaghetti with Garlic and Squill Fish.
To meet the food needs of his guests, chef Riccardo has designed a special fully vegan tasting menu and gourmet gluten-free dishes like macaroni with bread and vegan salami.
You will be pampered by the captivating atmosphere, by the extravagant dishes that break out of usual excessively rigid approaches, offering you an authentic culinary experience, where throughout the evening you, the guest, are always the centre of attention, all accompanied by the creativity of the chef, who has his roots in tradition and his eyes towards innovation.
